About The Position

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown Baldwin Center is seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly and professional hospitality team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient front desk operations, guest relations, and clear communication. At SpringHill Suites Midtown, we are known as one of the friendliest teams in the city, where associates are valued and supported. Our all-suite hotel is located minutes from downtown Cincinnati attractions including Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ballpark, and TQL Stadium.

Requirements

Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use reservation systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Hotel front desk or guest service experience
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)
Experience handling guest concerns or resolving conflicts calmly
Hospitality or resort experience
Bilingual or multilingual skills

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room modifications accurately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions accurately
Maintain organized and accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS)
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
Promote hotel services and upgrades when appropriate
Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled
Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property
