Guest Service Agent
About The Position
Front desk and guest services agent at Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field. Responsible for checking in and out guests at an airport property. You would also be responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction and displaying exemplary hospitality. Duties would include running daily reports and shift checklists as well as co-ordinating pick up and drop offs with our shuttle drivers. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for interacting with guests and bringing that Hilton WOW factor. You must have an ability to stand and move on your feet for an 8 hour period and previous hotel and/or PEP PMS experience is greatly appreciated but not required.
