The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate guest records, and providing outstanding guest services. This role supports the hotel’s front office operations and handles various guest inquiries, payments, and reservations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. We are currently looking for someone available to work 2:00 PM – Midnight, Thursday through Sunday. These are high-volume nights, and we are looking for the right fit for our team. We are a group of experienced front desk professionals, and service is our number one priority. We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, grow, and genuinely be of service to our guests.
