As the face of our hotel, your primary responsibilities will be: Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. Operate the PBX equipment by accepting incoming calls, assisting outgoing calls, scheduling and setting wake-up calls; Provide information and assist in recommending area restaurants, theaters community events, activities, etc.; Provide directions to hotel facilities or events. Resolve and follow up on customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality; Perform any other job duties as assigned. Successful candidates will have strong history of high end customer service experience. Candidates must be guest focused and have excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow through are key to your success as well as the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year prior customer service experience required.
  • Previous guest services experience within a hotel is required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (English).
  • Computer skills including MS Office needed.
  • Working knowledge of guest and hotel services, polices and operations
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
  • Upbeat, energetic and work as a part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate of Hotel School or college degree highly desirable
  • Opera experience is a plus
