The Guest Service Agent – Reservations plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests from the moment they inquire about their stay. This position is responsible for managing reservations, providing accurate information about accommodations and amenities, and assisting guests with inquiries or concerns. The Guest Service Agent will utilize reservation and booking systems to process reservations efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. This role also works closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other resort departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are communicated and fulfilled.
