About The Position

WE LOVE OUR WORK. Cleans and disinfects guest room bathrooms and living areas, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, using approved tools and chemicals. Strip and make beds using proper linen-handling techniques and brand-approved bed-making standards, replacing linens and terry to ensure accuracy and presentation quality. Vacuums carpets and hard floors, removes trash and recycling, and maintains overall cleanliness of assigned guest rooms. Restocks guestroom supplies and amenities according to established par levels and reports missing, damaged, or removed items promptly. Visually inspects guest rooms after cleaning to ensure cleanliness, condition, and readiness meet Four-Diamond expectations. Retrieves, stocks, and maintains a housekeeping cart throughout the shift, communicating supply needs and minimizing waste. Greet guests professionally when encountered, offer courteous assistance, and respond to guest requests or concerns with urgency and professionalism. Reports maintenance issues, safety concerns, lost and found items, unusual activity, or room irregularities promptly through proper channels. Maintains accurate room status updates and completes required paperwork or system entries efficiently and correctly. Uses cleaning chemicals safely, follows OSHA, chemical handling, bloodborne pathogen, and PPE requirements, and maintains a safe, organized work environment. Maintains proper key control, safeguards guest privacy and confidential information, and follows all safety and emergency procedures. Completes assigned rooms within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards and supporting team goals for guest satisfaction. Demonstrates resilience, professionalism, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must exhibit strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A professional appearance is required.
  • Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
