About The Position

The Guest Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support for various departments on campus. Hours of operations Monday – Friday (when the Seminary is open) 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Good grasp of the English language.
  • Good grasp of working with the Office 365 suite.
  • 2+ years working in an administrative environment.
  • Welcoming presence.
  • Punctual & responsible.
  • High School diploma and/or Associate degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments on campus.
  • Provide welcoming hospitality & coverage for the welcome desk in the welcome center.
  • Answer the VTS switchboard phone and route calls to the correct person or department.
  • Provide campus information to guests.
  • Manage inventory and square payments for VTS shop items.
  • Manage inventory for coffee supplies.
  • Provide information to guests on the lower-level exhibits – St. Nicholas & creches.
