About The Position

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. We are seeking an engaging, articulate and resourceful Guest Experience Training Coordinators to support the Guest Experience Training Manager. The Training Coordinator will be well-versed in delivering consistent, and impactful training programs for all front-line and event-day staff at SoFi Stadium. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every guest interaction reflects SoFi Stadium’s service standards, brand values, and commitment to world-class experiences. Trainers are responsible for facilitating training sessions, coaching staff, reinforcing service expectations, and helping translate training content into exceptional on-the-job performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing leadership role
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and facilitate group discussions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large venues such as stadiums, arenas, theme parks, or hospitality environments
  • Prior training, facilitation, or coaching experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, editing, and updating training content based on operational needs, guest feedback, and leadership direction.
  • Support training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to address performance gaps through targeted coaching or retraining.
  • Support frontline recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate guest experience training for new hires and existing staff through classroom, on-the-job, and event-day refreshers.
  • Support large-scale training initiatives for major events (NFL games, concerts, playoffs, and special events).
  • Deliver engaging, consistent training aligned with established service standards.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and hiring fairs.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to frontline staff during events.
  • Observe guest interactions to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Reinforce service behaviors, stadium policies, and operational procedures.
