Rocco’s Doughnut Company is looking for a dependable and friendly Part-Time Guest Experience Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great hospitality, and wants to be part of a growing local brand.

Our Guest Experience Team Members are the face of Rocco’s. You’ll help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back — friendly service, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

This position requires flexibility to work at any of our locations when needed, including Auburn, Worcester, Millbury, and Westborough.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare drinks and assist with doughnut presentation and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Help keep service fast and smooth during busy periods
• Follow company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Support different locations when needed to keep the team running smoothly
