Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a must.
• A love for entertaining children and families in a fun, energetic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and lead others.
• A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-worthy moments! Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Lead from the floor! Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.
• Team Collaboration. Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
• Be the role model. Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver LEGOLAND’s world-class service with a smile.
• Make it right. Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
• Keep it safe. Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.
