Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 20+
  • Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
  • Assist with social media and advertising for events
  • Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
  • Ensure processes are in place to provide remarkable guest experiences
  • Exceed expectations with the guest experience in catering pickup and delivery
  • Maintain current restaurant POP with accurate pricing, campaigns, and appropriate signage based on business plan
