About The Position

As a Guest Experience Coordinator Supervisor, you lead the Guest Experience team and ensure
high standards
of guest engagement, activities, and service delivery. This is a seasonal, hourly leadership role with optional team member housing.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Guest service or hospitality background
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Guest Experience team
• Coordinate activities and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support budgeting and cost control for activities
• Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement
• Other duties as assigned
