About The Position

At Bluewave Express Car Wash, our Guest Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in managing communication from our guests at all locations. We strive to provide a positive experience for all who choose Bluewave Express as their carwash of choice. This position requires a combination of customer communication skills, technical skills, customer service proficiency, and unlimited plan knowledge to effectively handle phone calls and inquiries in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while assisting callers
  • Computer skills and an understanding of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and address any concerns or inquiries presented
  • Reply to emails from guests, stores, businesses, and potential customers
  • Update customer information as needed
  • Log incoming and outgoing calls
  • Provide guidance and/or solutions for issues with members and other BWE guests
  • Schedule as follows: Monday - Friday 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM.
