About The Position

As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll be right in the middle of the action—leading the floor, supporting your team, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. You’ll balance guest interaction, team coaching, and operational responsibilities while helping us deliver BIG fun in a colorful, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
  • Articulate, professional, and confident when communicating
  • A true team player with strong delegation skills
  • Experienced in high-quality customer service environments
  • Comfortable opening and closing a store or attraction
  • Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a guest-facing, customer service, or hospitality role
  • Previous experience opening and/or closing a store, attraction, or similar operation is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership, key holder, or shift lead experience strongly preferred
  • Experience coaching, training, or delegating tasks to team members
  • Comfortable working with families and children in an interactive, playful environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the attraction floor during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and playful energy at all times 😄
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed to support daily operations
  • Delegate tasks effectively and support team members during high-volume periods
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members in real time to promote collaboration and success
  • Jump in wherever needed to support guests and the team—no task is too big or too small 💪
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time
  • Handle guest concerns with a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
  • Help build a positive, fun team culture with clear accountability 🤝
  • Follow all safety, health, and operational standards
