Original X Productions are the operators of worldwide location-based entertainment experiences including The FRIENDS™ Experience, and Hershey Super Sweet Adventure. Job Summary: OGX is seeking engaging interactive and improvisational Guest Experience Performers to take on the roles of Sweet Seekers guiding guests through our "Hershey Super Sweet Adventure" experience, a lively adventure filled with scripted interactive moments inspired by iconic Hershey’s brands. Sweet Seekers will assist with entertaining Guests while also preserving the theming of the space. Sweet Seekers must be comfortable improvising and creating dynamic interactions, helping to shape memorable experiences for each guest. Sweet Seekers must be talented, high-energy, non-equity performers comfortable with playing interactive and improvisational roles in a fun, immersive experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has performing, public speaking or improvisational skills. This part-time position may be scheduled up to four (4) days OR 26 hours per week. This part time position pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary standing position more than 75% of the time
Must be able to move freely about inside the exhibit space
Occasionally lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts, one of which must be on a weekend day
Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Exceptional communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Reliable proactive team player
Experience with entertainment elements, such as public speaking, acting/theater, or other entertainment spheres
Some Previous experience with show elements such as lighting, audio, and/or visual
High school diploma (or its equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)

Responsibilities

Learn and perform character driven storytelling as playing the role of Sweet Seeker
Direct Guests with scripted language throughout the experience to sustain immersive experience
Ensure theming inside and outside the attraction is maintained with themed language, spiels, and improvisational moments
Playful interactions with Guests to ensure they have the best experience possible
Answer questions about the experience
Ensure Guests are behaving safely inside the experience by enforcing safety rules
Assist with keeping exhibits clean and free of smudges or fingerprints
Jump in to support exhibit operations and perform duties as needed to ensure best experience for Guests
Additional duties as assigned
