About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is looking for a Full-Time Guest Experience Manager (GEM) to join our team at The Block in Rogers. This onsite leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, building strong teams, and bringing energy to the floor every day. As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action-leading our host and expo team while ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. As the GEM, your primary focus is leading and developing our support staff team (hosts and expos) while actively managing the restaurant floor. If you love being on the floor, developing people, and setting the tone for the guest experience-this is your role. Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant experience
  • Serving or bartending experience (required)
  • 1+ year of supervision or management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling for hosts and expos
  • Run the restaurant floor and ensure seamless service
  • Spend the majority of your time interacting with guests and regulars
  • Foster a fun, high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere
  • Partner with leadership to drive team development and performance
  • Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, service, and ambiance
