The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience while supporting property-level marketing, sales initiatives, and community engagement efforts. This role plays a key part in driving guest satisfaction, brand awareness, and revenue growth through the development and execution of on-brand activities, events, and marketing initiatives. This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Assistant General Manager, as well as Corporate Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on, working position, requiring active participation in events, guest interaction, and on-property programming.
