What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead and develop thriving volunteer teams who bring our guest experience to life every weekend and at key events throughout the year. From the parking lot to the lobby to the auditorium, you’ll ensure every detail helps people feel at home. You won’t do this alone—you’ll collaborate with a central team and campus staff to ensure alignment while tailoring the experience to your local community.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and empower volunteers and leaders to own and lead key areas of guest experience
  • Create a culture where volunteers are known, growing spiritually, and leading others
  • Oversee weekend services and major events to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience
  • Implement Central Guest Experience strategies that help guests take next steps into community and discipleship
  • Use data and insights to manage how we serve guests and engage our church
