Make a difference as a Guest Experience Education Assistant Manager As a Guest Experience Education Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every visitor has an exceptional experience at the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the education team, coordinating engaging programs and activities that educate guests about wildlife and conservation. You will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, ensuring they deliver exemplary customer service while adhering to our core values of integrity and excellence. You will monitor the guest experience, analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborating with various departments, you'll develop strategies to enhance visitor engagement and maintain a fun, forward-thinking atmosphere. Regularly, you will prepare reports on program effectiveness, facilitate team meetings, and actively participate in planning events. Your leadership will help foster a culture focused on high performance and guest satisfaction.
