Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate guest services staff to deliver excellent customer care.
Monitor and improve the customer journey, from arrival to post-visit follow-up.
Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally.
Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement policies that enhance the overall guest experience.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure consistency in service.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
Coordinate all pickup and deliveries
