About The Position

Guest Experience Ambassador – Mountain Creek Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Guest Experience Manager SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge. How the Guest Experience Ambassador works with the Team: As the first point of contact with guest arrivals, the Guest Experience Ambassador will provide information that assists with an unforgettable experience at the resort. The Ambassador will assist with many facets of the guest experience to include, scanning ticket purchases, validating passes, ride attendant, food and beverage service, bag check and parking.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to great service
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a CPR course provided by the resort
  • Ability to work outdoors in the ever-changing seasonal climate of NJ
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
  • Must be 16 or older

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service, retail, or call center experience an asset

Responsibilities

  • Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests.
  • Assist with the guest arrival including parking and accessing amenities.
  • Focus on resort cleanliness and appearance standards including, but not limited to emptying waste containers, sanitization of touch points, and garbage removal from resort grounds.
  • Monitor ride queues and dispatch rides in accordance with aquatics standards.
  • Scan online ticket purchases and encode media for access to rentals, tickets, etc.
  • Validate tickets, cards, passes at entry points/lift bases
  • Serve to our quests our food products following all safety procedures
  • Perform credit transactions for food purchases by our guests
  • Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with the resort
  • Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
