In this dynamic role, you will drive the evolution of our go-to-market technology systems, ensuring that teams operate efficiently and scale to meet revenue targets. Accountabilities Own and evolve the go-to-market systems stack, including Salesforce and related tools. Lead and nurture a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, and analysts. Partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams as the primary systems leader. Drive delivery of initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Lead hands-on execution for large programs while establishing scalable processes. Implement effective delivery practices, managing priorities and team alignment. Requirements 8+ years of experience in business systems or GTM technology roles. 3+ years of people management experience with technical teams. Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools. Proven track record in delivering complex systems initiatives. Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations workflows. Benefits Equity participation in the company (RSUs).
