Klaviyo is seeking a GTM (Go-to-Market) Technology Software Developer Co-op to join our Global Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll help build and improve the software, integrations, and automation that power how our employees and internal teams work every day. You’ll work on our Go-to-Market Systems Team, supporting the tech stack across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll write production code, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ship solutions that have immediate internal impact.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student graduating between December 2026 – May 2028 pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems , or a related field
  • Have completed at least one prior software engineering internship or co-op
  • Experience with one or more Python, Java, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, or web technologies
  • Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable learning new systems and domains
  • Strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working through ambiguity
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Detail-oriented and interested in building reliable, maintainable internal systems

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance APIs, integrations, and automations across GTM technology systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, and Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Improve internal user experiences by simplifying workflows, reducing manual steps, and increasing system reliability
  • Participate in agile development practices , including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and iterative delivery
  • Write clear technical documentation and support testing across multiple user personas
  • Support audit and compliance efforts through thoughtful system design, logging, and documentation
  • Explore opportunities to apply modern tooling and automation to make internal systems more efficient
