About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Systems Administrator in Canada. This role is critical for ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate efficiently through reliable, scalable, and well-governed systems. You will manage and optimize core GTM platforms, balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term scalability and process improvement. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will translate strategic goals into effective system workflows, maintain data integrity, and support automation initiatives that enhance team productivity. This position requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enable high-impact business outcomes. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can directly influence operational excellence and system performance across the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes.
  • Proven ability to manage system changes, prioritize requests, and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred; experience with third-party integrations and installed packages.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in system governance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize core GTM systems, including CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and revenue tools.
  • Own system configuration, change management, and release processes to ensure reliability and minimize disruption.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, system standards, and best practices across GTM platforms.
  • Define and maintain key GTM metrics, fields, and data models, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Analyze GTM processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a trusted partner for business leaders, translating strategic goals into scalable system workflows.
  • Balance flexibility for business needs with system discipline and long-term scalability.
