About The Position

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional programs that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives across go-to-market teams. The manager will translate executive vision into actionable plans, operationalize global initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of key projects. Partnering closely with post-sales teams, the role focuses on identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This position offers the opportunity to influence GTM operations, support rapid business expansion, and contribute to the success of global initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Proven ability to translate executive vision into actionable business requirements and program plans
  • Experience managing large, ambiguous projects with critical thinking and tactical execution
  • Deep understanding of GTM motions and the customer post-sales lifecycle, including experience with Account Management, Renewals, Customer Success, or Support operations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for action and ability to build scalable frameworks
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, Salesforce; experience with Customer Success Platforms (Planhat, Gainsight) is a plus
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic GTM initiatives across Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, and Support teams
  • Translate executive vision into clear business requirements, program plans, milestones, risks, and success metrics
  • Drive cross-functional project execution, coordinating business readiness and technical delivery
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions leveraging automation and AI tools
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, workflows, and program roadmaps
  • Provide reporting and analytics to senior leadership on program performance and outcomes
  • Ensure timely delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives across GTM teams
