About The Position

We’re looking for a highly strategic, globally mobile, and execution-oriented individual to join Fieldwire as a GTM Strategy Manager . This role is central to Fieldwire’s ambition to build best-in-class sales and customer success processes—benchmarked against the top 10% of B2B SaaS companies. You’ll work directly with senior leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Systems, and Marketing to design and implement scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This is a high-impact role with visibility across Fieldwire’s global hubs and a clear path to sales leadership. Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting.
  • Proven success in GTM transformation or digital enablement in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High learning agility and analytical thinking.
  • International mobility and willingness to relocate.
  • Ambition to grow into sales leadership roles.

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Exposure to sales enablement, customer success, or marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional GTM Transformation with Global Impact Pilot strategic GTM initiatives within your assigned Fieldwire sales region, with the goal of scaling successful programs globally.
  • Define and implement enterprise-grade sales motions tailored to regional needs, while ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints (e.g., email cadences, call flows) to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with VP Sales, Sr. Director Construction, and CSO to align GTM strategy and execution.
  • Partner with VP Systems to evaluate and deploy enabling technologies that support scalable transformation.
  • Act as a program manager to drive execution, monitor impact, and support global rollout of proven initiatives.
  • Drive Strategic Marketing Initiatives Represent Fieldwire at trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead scoped-down, high-impact marketing efforts in collaboration with central teams.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights & Support Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic accounts and top opportunities.
  • Contribute to executive communications.
  • Provide operational support to regional Business Owners and sales leaders.
