This is a founding-team, high-impact GTM role. You’ll be the U.S. counterpart to our Global Head of Growth Marketing, working side by side with U.S. Growth team to design and execute how Innovamat wins new districts, scales pilots, and turns traction into repeatable growth. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Go-To-Market, and Operations— you’ll be building the growth engine behind them: the playbooks, launches, funnels, and GTM motions that power our expansion across the U.S. Your mission: turn strategy into momentum and momentum into scale. You’ll step into the highest-impact growth problems — from fixing funnel bottlenecks to launching new states — and make sure Innovamat’s U.S. growth machine runs faster, smarter, and more predictably.
