We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to own go-to-market hiring at Topline Pro. This role is critical to scaling our Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, People and Revenue Operations teams with speed, quality, and strong judgment. You’ll operate as a partner to GTM leadership, balancing hiring velocity with long-term talent density, retention, and team health. You’ll work closely with People Ops, leadership, and our Early Talent Recruiter to build a durable, scalable GTM hiring engine as we grow. A significant portion of this role will focus on high-volume early career and GTM hiring, including running classes, managing fast-moving pipelines, and executing at speed during peak hiring periods. If you thrive in high-expectation environments, think deeply about business trade-offs, and care as much about long-term impact as you do about filling roles, this role offers meaningful ownership and influence.
