About The Position

You will collaborate across teams to build the workflows, systems, and infrastructure required for successful product launches and ongoing GTM operations. You will help optimize pipeline performance, enable partner success, and ensure alignment between product development and market needs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, strategy & operations, or similar roles in high-growth SaaS or AI-native companies.
  • Proven track record of building operational infrastructure from scratch.
  • Strong self-starter who can thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • High judgment, ownership mentality, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with AI-enabled GTM tools, experience in identity/security products, or ecosystem-driven GTM motions.

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market execution by assisting with lead generation, outbound outreach, and partner relationship development.
  • Manage follow-ups, meeting preparation, and relationship pipelines across strategic accounts and partners.
  • Build operational infrastructure to launch and scale new product lines, including AI SDR workflows, customer support processes, and funnel tracking.
  • Own day-to-day management of inbound, outbound, partner-sourced, and expansion GTM funnels.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and market-facing priorities to ensure successful launches and customer adoption.
  • Translate technical progress into GTM-ready deliverables and narratives, including executive-level presentations and partner-facing materials.
  • Drive operating cadence, analytics, and continuous process improvement through automation, experimentation, and iteration.
