About The Position

As GTM Lead, you will help build and scale a sustainable business at the cutting edge of AI model customization. We are looking for one of our first GTM team members: a hands-on generalist who can handle a wide breadth of responsibility, learns extremely quickly, and excels at navigating ambiguity. In this role, you will wear seemingly every GTM hat: You’ll own sales accounts – leading prospects from discovery through closing deals; you’ll work on our GTM strategy; refine our pricing model; collaborate with marketing to accelerate demand gen; and work closely with partners to expedite adoption of the Oumi platform. You’ll have real ownership over how we reach, win, and grow customers. The breadth and exposure of this role will be a career expediter for someone who is smart, driven, hardworking, and a team player.

Requirements

  • Experience – You have 5+ years of professional experience, including time at an AI startup in a GTM role. Direct selling experience is a strong plus. Prior experience in consulting is a bonus.
  • Strong collaboration skills – You will work with product, field engineering, and executives. You like teaming up to solve tough problems.
  • Exceptional execution skills – You can manage ambiguity, move fast, and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to learn quickly – You can quickly get smart on unfamiliar technical and business domains
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset – You’re happy to do whatever is needed: lead an exec pitch, build a deck, write outbound, clean up the CRM, or chase down a contract. You’re not just in it for the glamorous work.
  • Builder approach – You like designing simple playbooks, writing things down, and improving how we work, not just running an existing process.

Responsibilities

  • Own deals end to end – Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Shape who we sell to – Continue to refine our ICP: which companies, use cases, and buyer roles we target, and why we win informed by your research and analysis.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging – Research the market, design pricing hypotheses, run experiments, and adjust based on usage and deals.
  • Support demand gen: Collaborate with marketing to run targeted warm and cold outbound to high-potential accounts and turn what works into simple, repeatable motions.
  • Drive key partnerships: Lead or support GTM partnerships (e.g., cloud and ecosystem partners) that help us drive usage of our platform.
  • Do what it takes: Whether that is making a deck for a CEO presentation, running analysis to find useful inputs to hard decisions, briefing our product team on what you’re seeing in the field – you get it done.
  • Close the loop internally: Turn what you’re hearing from the field into clear feedback for product, engineering, and leadership
