About The Position

Fivetran is seeking a Contract GTM/G&A Sourcer specializing in GTM and G&A roles to join our team on an initial 12-month contractor basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and screen top GTM & G&A talent.Your expertise in sourcing and understanding the technical GTM and G&A skill set landscape will ensure we bring in highly qualified candidates who align with our company’s mission and culture. This is a 12 month/40 hours per week, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounting and People orgs within fast-paced environments
  • 1+ years of in-house recruiting or sourcing experience within startups or fast-growing tech companies
  • Deep understanding of highly technical roles and skills, particularly within enterprise technical sales, marketing and G&A teams
  • Collaborative approach with strong partnership skills with internal recruiting teams and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, HackerRank, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Guide and AI platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt quickly to rapidly changing hiring needs and priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes and best practices
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze key sourcing metrics and use data to refine sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Identify & Engage Talent: Leverage various sourcing strategies/tools to find top-tier talent for our Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounting and People team roles
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain talent pools of high-caliber candidates by actively networking, building relationships, and keeping track of potential future hires
  • Collaborate with TA Partners: Partner with recruiters to understand specific GTM & G&A hiring needs
  • Diversity Sourcing: Proactively source candidates from diverse backgrounds to support our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Data-Driven Sourcing: Utilize recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and deliver sourcing metrics and reports
  • Adhere to good data hygiene and best practices; using tooling to give you a tactical advantage in the marketplace
