About The Position

You will help define the future of how our GTM teams sell, market, and support customers by building AI powered workflows, automations, and data rich experiences inside Salesforce and Notion. This role blends engineering rigor with product intuition. You will identify friction across the funnel, design elegant systems, and deliver solutions that make every seller faster and every customer interaction smarter.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience building GTM systems:
  • Experience in GTM engineering, business technology, solutions engineering, or a similar systems driven role. You have worked across a modern GTM stack that includes CRM, enrichment, sequencing, marketing tools, and data pipelines. Domain experience with Sales, Marketing, CS, or Finance workflows is a plus.
  • AI-aware systems thinking:
  • You have familiarity with modern AI and automation tools and understand how AI can improve routing, scoring, personalization, and overall GTM efficiency. You think in systems: how data flows, how decisions are made, and how automation can remove friction. You optimize for impact over novelty, choosing the right tools for the job rather than chasing trends.
  • Technical fluency with data and automation:
  • You are comfortable writing Python and SQL, working with REST APIs, and building integrations that move data reliably across systems. You understand how data models, schemas, permissions, and governance shape the quality of GTM execution. You know how to turn messy data or ambiguous requirements into clean, durable workflows.
  • Clear, empathetic communication and collaboration:
  • You communicate with clarity whether you are explaining a systems design, documenting a workflow, or brainstorming with non-technical partners. You enjoy working with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and engineering counterparts. You are a learner, a teacher, and someone who elevates the quality of thinking for the entire team.

Responsibilities

  • Design AI powered automations that improve segmentation, routing, personalization, and overall GTM efficiency.
  • Build and scale GTM workflows across Salesforce, Notion, Clay, ZoomInfo, and our enrichment and data ecosystem.
  • Turn ambiguous business problems into clear system designs, experiments, and implementation plans.
  • Prototype and ship rapid GTM experiments that test new channels, workflows, messaging, and data driven tactics.
  • Maintain clean, trustworthy GTM data through thoughtful schemas, audits, and dashboards that improve visibility and decision making.
  • Deliver tools and insights that make sellers faster, marketers more targeted, and customer teams more effective.
