As a GTM Engineer, you will join the Marketing Infrastructure and Technology team to become the architect of our next chapter of growth. You won't just be writing code; you will be building the engine that powers our entire customer acquisition and retention strategy. Your primary aim will be to leverage technology to automate workflows, unify our data, and deliver world-class digital experiences. You will champion the adoption of AI throughout the Marketing Department and foster an environment where technical innovation drives marketing efficiency. Architect Next-Gen Web Experiences & Conversion Engines: Drive a new Web Stack: Take ownership of building and maintaining our new, high-performance website built on NextJS and Sanity headless CMS. Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Go beyond content architecture to lead the technical implementation of our CRO efforts. Deploy A/B testing frameworks and experimentation layers that allow us to systematically test hypotheses and improve sign-up conversion rates. SEO Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Organic & SEO team to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy and technical best practices are baked into our infrastructure. Pioneer AI-Driven Personalization & Automation: Build AI Agents: Design and build AI agents and automated workflows—utilizing tools like n8n—to streamline outbound email, localization, and asset creation. Personalize at Scale: Ensure automation drives relevance by programming agents to dynamically personalize outreach based on prospect behavior and firmographics. Champion Innovation: Champion the adoption of AI to boost performance and, when necessary, dive deep into the data yourself to find real efficiencies. Stay on the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Continuously evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and platforms—running quick POCs to assess viability and deploying winning solutions fast. The Unified Database: Unified Data Strategy: Build and maintain a "Unified Database" that acts as the single source of truth for the customer lifecycle, from cold prospect to churned user. Supercharge Operations with Internal Tooling: Internal Tools: Help the department work more productively by building internal self-serve tools and dashboards. Empower the Team: Empower non-technical team members to launch campaigns, query user segments, or access complex data without requiring constant engineering support. Workflow Automation: Automate manual administrative tasks to free up the team for creative and strategic work. Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other marketing team members, as well as success, sales, and product teams, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure the success of technical initiatives.
