About The Position

We're building Rula's first GTM Engineering function. You'll design and ship the automation layer that helps our sales and customer success teams move faster and be more efficient by producing workflows that save 50+ hours/week, building AI agents with measurable efficiency gains, and spearheading self-service data products for GTM teams that turn manual processes into scalable systems and raw data into actionable intelligence. This is ground-floor: you'll work directly with sales leaders, rapidly prototype solutions, and prove measurable impact on our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related GTM function
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to navigate data model, build reports, understand objects/fields, and configure workflows
  • Advanced SQL expertise, can write complex queries independently (joins, CTEs, window functions) to analyze GTM data and build data products at scale
  • Hands-on experience with Clay and other GTM automation tools
  • Deep understanding of API and integration fundamentals (i.e. REST APIs, webhooks, authentication)
  • Demonstrated experience and evidence building production-quality solutions that are documented, testable, and maintainable (i.e. portfolio or GitHub of shipped projects and defined examples)
  • Advanced AI/LLM experience and/or building RAG systems that provide context engineering for GTM use cases, or experience utilizing AI agents for GTM use cases

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in leveraging Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools for data warehousing and/or modeling
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and GTM crediting
  • Experience working in healthcare industry, highly regulated environments, and/or complex B2B sales environment
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth, agile environment with shifting priorities
  • Expertise with Salesforce AgentForce or Salesforce Einstein
