GTM Engineer
About The Position
The GTM Engineer builds the operational backbone for outbound and inbound customer pipelines. You will own CRM workflows, build structured outbound engines, and create pipeline automation that drives commercial growth. Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Technical ability to automate workflows and manage CRM data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in outbound sales engineering or similar roles
- Comfortable interfacing with customers and prospects
Responsibilities
- Design and operate outbound systems using CRM tooling
- Create structured outreach workflows for high quality prospects
- Manage inbound lead triage and data cleanliness
- Build lightweight automations for follow up, segmentation, and qualification
- Partner with founders on early sales motions
