Requirements

• A design thinker who obsesses over the user experience
• You believe that the way things have been done is not the way they will succeed in the future
• You love being in the weeds and using data as a compass to orient product design
• Systems thinking comes naturally to you. You have deployed complex systems in the past (technical or otherwise)
• Enjoy building and deploying technology
• Deeply AI native, constantly asking, “how can we automate this”
• Curious about sales technology tools and willing to get up to speed on the latest platforms

Responsibilities

• Starting with customer in mind, work with the Product to understand all the entry points into the Profound experience
• Take full agency and creative freedom to curate the most unique experiences to draw customers into the funnel
• Design and deploy scalable agentic systems that will deliver compounding value over time
• Aggressively test and learn. There are no bad ideas, only missed opportunities
• Build scaled outreach with email, linkedin, SMS, etc..
• Structure experiments to analyse data and iterate towards pipeline goals
