About The Position

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own and accelerate our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and technical operations. You’ll design, build, and scale the systems that generate pipeline, close deals, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. You’ll combine technical skills with GTM strategy to run experiments, deploy automation, and create repeatable revenue systems that scale. Requirements

  • 3–5 years in growth, sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar GTM roles
  • Proven track record building and optimizing outbound sales motions (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL queries, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools, such as:
  • CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Sales engagement: Outreach, SalesLoft
  • Data & enrichment: Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfo
  • Automation: Zapier, Make
  • Experience building workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT API, Claude API, or similar)
  • Deeply data-driven—you run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate fast
  • Systems thinker who views GTM as an engineering problem
  • Builder mentality—you’d rather automate than repeat
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build Revenue Systems
  • Design and implement automated outbound campaigns, lead generation workflows, and sales enablement systems
  • Build scalable processes that consistently generate qualified pipeline
  • Run GTM Experiments
  • Test messaging, targeting, sequencing, and channel strategies
  • Analyze performance, identify winners, and double down on what works
  • Deploy AI & Automation
  • Leverage AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms to personalize outreach, qualify leads, and shorten sales cycles
  • Replace manual GTM tasks with smart, automated workflows
  • Own GTM Analytics
  • Build dashboards and reporting across the full funnel—from top-of-funnel activity to closed revenue
  • Provide clear visibility into what’s driving growth and where to optimize
  • Optimize the Sales Tech Stack
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate modern GTM tools
  • Ensure our CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and automation tools work seamlessly together
  • Scale Execution
  • Document processes, workflows, and playbooks
  • Enable the broader team to execute proven GTM strategies consistently
