We’re seeking a GTM Engineer (Go-to-Market Engineer) who blends strong technical execution with practical sales and marketing intuition to help scale Atmosphere’s global expansion across bars, restaurants, gyms, airports, and other commercial venues. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, with a strong emphasis on hands-on engineering ownership of the systems and automations that power our go-to-market motion. You’ll design and build the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that power our business acquisition engine, serving as the technical architect behind how venues are identified, onboarded, and activated at scale. Your work will directly shape how efficiently and effectively Atmosphere gets into more businesses around the world. This position will report to the SVP, Platform Sales & Marketing, and is on-site in Austin, TX. Availability to be in-office 4 days a week is required.
