About The Position

As a GTM Engineer focused on AI, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business systems, data, and AI to accelerate go-to-market operations. You will design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to operate more efficiently and intelligently. This hands-on role combines engineering expertise with strategic insight, allowing you to directly impact pipeline generation, win rates, and operational productivity. You will partner closely with leadership to translate business needs into automated solutions, implement internal tools, and continuously optimize GTM systems. The role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, experimenting with the latest AI technologies and shaping the future of GTM operations. Collaboration, innovation, and the ability to solve complex problems with scalable solutions are key to success in this position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems, GTM engineering, data engineering, or related roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation applications in business systems, including workflow automation, routing, summarization, and scoring
  • Technical expertise with Salesforce (data model, Flows, integrations) and other GTM tools (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, marketing automation platforms)
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake and dbt is a plus
  • Hands-on software engineering experience and ability to design maintainable systems
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake and dbt is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and automation across GTM workflows, including prospecting, pipeline generation, account research, and renewal preparation
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents using workflow tools and coding languages (e.g., Salesforce Flows, Workato, Python, SQL)
  • Develop and maintain internal-facing tools and web applications to support GTM operations
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to understand business needs and deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with strategic goals
  • Ensure GTM systems and workflows are reliable, maintainable, and well-documented with proper monitoring and testing frameworks
  • Experiment with and implement new GTM and AI technologies, evaluating APIs, enrichment platforms, and orchestration tools for adoption
  • Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
