About The Position

About Megaport We’re not your typical tech company – and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more. Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 400 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun. Our Team Culture We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain. Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do. The Role We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-savvy Enablement Specialist to support the execution, administration, and reporting of our global enablement programs. This role is the backbone of our GTM Enablement function — ensuring our tools, content, and processes run smoothly, accurately, and consistently across Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams. If you love building structure, managing systems, optimizing workflows, and translating data into clear enablement actions, this role is for you. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you’ll manage day-to-day enablement systems (Seismic, Gong, and supporting tools), execute global programs, support Channel enablement workflows, and deliver insights that help the business understand what’s working and where reinforcement is needed. This is a tactical, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who thrives in system administration, program coordination, and structured enablement delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in enablement operations, sales operations, revenue operations, program coordination, or a similar role within SaaS/tech
  • Experience administering Seismic, Gong, Highspot, Chorus, LMS systems, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — able to keep multiple programs moving simultaneously
  • Experience producing reports in tools like Seismic Insights, Gong Analytics, Salesforce dashboards, or Looker.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
  • Comfortable executing against structured workflows and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with sales, CS, channel, and cross-functional stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Enablement Systems & Tools (Seismic, Gong, LMS, and more)
  • Serve as day-to-day admin for Seismic, Gong, and core enablement platforms.
  • Manage user setup, permissions, governance, tagging, folder structures, and content hygiene.
  • Maintain courses, learning paths, and readiness assignments.
  • Build and update Seismic pages, collections, content libraries, and analytics dashboards.
  • Maintain Gong libraries, trackers, scorecards, and initiative folders.
  • Build recurring reporting for content adoption, course completion, Gong usage, and engagement trends.
  • Produce dashboards showing enablement activity, readiness progress, and usage patterns.
  • Identify gaps (unused content, overdue courses, missing tags) and recommend fixes.
  • Automate workflows, reporting, and repeatable enablement processes where possible.
  • Support execution of global enablement launches, rollouts, and readiness programs.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and status updates to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate pre-work, assignments, feedback surveys, and post-enablement tracking.
  • Maintain partner enablement content, pages, and learning paths in Seismic or partner portals.
  • Update Channel playbooks, co-sell guides, and certification materials.
  • Ensure Channel teams have accurate, current, accessible enablement assets.
  • Assist with partner program logistics, reporting, and updates.
  • Own versioning, tagging, hygiene, and archiving so GTM teams always find the right materials.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and standardized enablement workflows.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of content libraries and learning modules.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.
