Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications operations or program management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Airtable, including base design and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in communications.
  • Experience with HTML-based campaigns in SendGrid or similar platforms.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow and enforce governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and operationalize internal and external communications, ensuring they are flawless.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for communication quality, performing exhaustive QA on HTML and links.
  • Own the communications calendar to ensure timely delivery across all programs.
  • Maintain governance frameworks, templates, and measurement standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements and identify trends.
  • Manage and optimize the Airtable environment for GTM Comms.
  • Utilize Google Sheets for data organization and audience targeting.
  • Integrate AI into workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide cross-functional support across Corporate Communications teams.
  • Deploy HTML-based campaigns while ensuring accuracy and scalability.
  • Track and report on communication performance metrics.
  • Develop automations to improve workflows.
