About The Position

ZoomInfo is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Plays Specialist to support the growth of its GTM Plays team. Our GTM Plays team is a fast-paced, results-driven group working in collaboration with sales, sales development, and marketing teams to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and retain customers. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic multi-touch outbound campaigns. You will not only support the growth of ZoomInfo as a member of the GTM Plays team, but also bring enthusiasm and new ideas to help improve the efficiency of the organization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferably in business or economics, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with B2B martech/salestech landscape.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, sales processes, and sales development tools.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with hands-on data analysis and ability to work in Excel, SFDC, and/or Tableau.
  • Team player with ability to facilitate and own cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the following technologies preferred: ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, FrontSpin, Jira, Google Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the targeting criteria, messaging, and execution of multi-touch campaigns.
  • Leverage intent and buying signals to drive new business and customer growth for ZoomInfo.
  • Execute email marketing, call activity, direct mail, and field support as needed.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of GTM Plays with sales leadership.
  • Identify new segments to target within the total addressable market.
  • Brainstorm creative ways to reach audiences that improve upon key performance indicators.
  • Write short form copy (email messages) to various key personas across multiple products, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Leverage first and third party data to determine the right target audience.
