About The Position

Lead maintenance projects, mentor technicians, and manage complex troubleshooting for diesel, gasoline, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive systems across the GSE fleet, including de-ice trucks. Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and support operational efficiency. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of GSE, fleet, or automotive maintenance experience OR strong mechanical aptitude with leadership potential.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for all GSE, including de-ice trucks.
  • Perform complex engine, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive repairs.
  • Oversee engine and component removal, replacement, and overhauls.
  • Manage parts inventory and procurement.
  • Mentor Levels I & II Technicians and support their skill development.
  • Review maintenance work orders and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to reduce downtime.
