About The Position

You will be the GSC Analyst Staff for the THAAD Ground General Procurement team. Our team is responsible for streamlining the acquisition flow for the THAAD ground system, coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and quality groups to ensure timely delivery of mission‑critical components. As the GSC Analyst you will act as the central liaison that drives purchase‑order and procurement‑request (PR) execution, resolves issues quickly, and maintains clear communication across internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You'll be positioned at the heart of the procurement pipeline, supporting engineering change management and quality assurance. Responsibilities

  • Expedite purchase requests (PRs) and resolve any obstacles that arise.
  • Accelerate purchase orders (POs), troubleshoot delays, and keep the supply chain on track.
  • Conduct regular meetings and maintain proactive communication with internal teams (engineering, program management, quality) and external vendors.
  • Identify, track, and close engineering change requests that impact schedules or cost.
  • Serve as the quality interface, partnering with suppliers to address non conformances and implement corrective actions.
