About The Position

We are seeking a Growth Support Specialist to serve in a hybrid Inside Sales Agent (ISA) role that combines customer service, CRM database management, and proactive lead nurture. This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth by maintaining strong follow-up systems and delivering a high-quality client experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to results and contributions. Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Lead Nurture Proactively contact new, existing, and inactive leads via phone, text, and email Nurture leads to uncover motivation, timing, and readiness to buy or sell Consistently follow up using CRM tasks, notes, and workflows Qualify leads and provide warm hand-offs to licensed agents Track conversations, outcomes, and engagement within the CRM CRM Database Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Clean, tag, and segment the database for targeted outreach Ensure follow-up compliance and task completion Run basic reports and share insights with leadership Customer Service Client Support Provide timely and professional responses to clients and lead inquiries Assist with scheduling, shared inbox management, and follow-ups Support client reviews and client appreciation initiatives Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Prior real estate experience required
  • Previous inside sales or ISA experience required
  • Active New Jersey real estate license OR willingness to obtain within the first month of hire
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week in the office with flexibility for future growth
