The Role Leap is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the processes, analyses, and initiatives that fuel the company’s growth. This role sits within Leap’s Growth organization and operates at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, real estate, and business operations. The Growth Strategy & Operations team serves as the analytical and operational backbone of Growth - supporting Business Development and Real Estate while acting as the cross-functional partners between Growth and other teams at Leap. The team helps shape how opportunities are evaluated, how deals (both net new business and renewals) are structured, and how the platform scales efficiently through key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support live brand and real estate deals, contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, and design and execute Growth workflows and processes that enable Leap to scale. You will participate in strategic projects across go-to-market, pricing, and growth planning, build analyses and materials that inform executive decision-making, and own execution of key deliverables tied directly to company objectives.
