About The Position

The Data Intelligence Manager is responsible for supporting the Medicaid Product Team through the identification, capture, organization, analysis, and ongoing management of product-related data that informs product strategy, lifecycle management, and performance optimization. This role serves as a central hub for product intelligence—working across the organization to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making and strategic planning. The Data Intelligence Manager partners closely with other Product Development Product Development team members as well as those from Business Development/RFP, Analytics, Actuarial, Clinical, Operations, and other functional SMEs (at national and local market levels) to establish and maintain a comprehensive, trusted source of product data. This includes defining data standards, ensuring data quality and refresh cycles, and maintaining structured repositories, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable consistent, repeatable analysis across products and capabilities. Acting as an intermediary between highly technical data teams and executive- and strategy-oriented stakeholders, the role synthesizes quantitative and qualitative inputs into concise narratives, summaries, and visualizations. While the position ultimately supports growth initiatives and future procurement activities, its primary focus is strengthening the Medicaid Product Team’s ability to understand product performance, identify opportunities and risks, and manage the full lifecycle of Molina’s products and capabilities through data-driven insights.
