The Growth Specialist is an entry-level sales and business development role focused on helping expand agent partnerships and Medicare production within an assigned territory. Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager and a small team of 1–2 other Growth Specialists, this role supports agent recruitment efforts, identifies new opportunities, and helps existing agents grow their business through consistent communication and resource support. This is a collaborative, learning-focused role designed for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow their career in the Medicare insurance industry.
