The Growth Product Manager will own and optimize our customer journey starting at the moment a customer arrives on our website throughout the remainder of the customer lifecycle. This role will primarily focus on website, email, and chat conversion rate optimization. Our customers explore trailers on TrailersPlus.com, take a conversion action (call, chat, reserve, appointment, quote), and are then nurtured via email and SMS until they visit a physical store and purchase. This role owns that entire experience from the first website session through in-store purchase and is highly analytical, product-focused, and experimentation-driven. This position location is mostly remote, but you are ideally within a commutable distance to a TrailersPlus store. You will be expected to work from your local TrailersPlus store at least one day per week. If you are located in Boise, Idaho, you will be located at our Corporate Office in Nampa.
