About The Position

This role combines data strategy with the operational execution of specific growth levers. You will be responsible for partnering with our Data Analyst to interpret performance metrics and translate them into business narratives, while driving specific workstreams, including Business Development, Webinars, and Direct Mail, to capture in-year revenue. This role will be expected to proactively identify opportunities as they arise, flag gaps on a weekly basis, and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or General Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to look at raw data, understand the trends, drivers, and nuances, and summarize them into a cohesive narrative.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), and translating into charts and well-formatted Slides.
  • Experience executing operational marketing tactics, such as direct mail, events, or email campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Narrative: Partner with the dedicated Data Analyst to translate raw data outputs into business summaries; help identify revenue trends and summarize insights for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Own the production of the weekly performance review; construct and distribute the weekly performance reporting email to stakeholders.
  • Revenue Gap Analysis: Review weekly performance data to identify specific gaps or under-monetized segments and recommend new workstreams for the team.
  • Business Development: Project manage joint initiatives with 3rd parties and BD teams on an ad-hoc basis; define timelines and track deliverables.
  • Webinar Strategy: Partner with sales to execute the logistical roadmap for regional webinars; own the setup, timeline tracking, and milestone enforcement.
  • Direct Mail Operations: Coordinate the production of direct mail campaigns; manage vendor communication for printing, shipping logistics, and invoice tracking.
  • Agency GTM Framework: Analyze agency performance data to help develop a Go-To-Market framework; assist PMMs in identifying agencies to target for short-term revenue growth.
  • Signal Management: Maintain the technical details of the Funnel Management program; execute updates to signal logic and data tables to support the GAFE migration.
  • Process Architecture: Manage the "backend" of marketing operations, ensuring that the signals used for email and web routing align with current revenue goals.
